• The piece remains in its original packaging

The following items cannot be returned:

• Bespoke, custom-made, or personalized artisanal creations.

• Items that have been altered, worn, or damaged after delivery.

Returning Items

Clients are responsible for return shipping costs. Please send your carefully packaged items to our atelier:

We highly recommend using a premium, trackable, and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will only be issued upon physical receipt and inspection of the goods.

Gifts:

If the artisanal piece was a gift shipped directly to you, you will receive a digital gift credit for its value once the return is processed. The exclusive certificate will be elegantly delivered via email.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the purchaser received the order first, the refund will be issued directly to the original purchaser's payment method.
